Accommodation for Diving in Calvia with M.A.D. Divers

From January 2006, as well as 2 star and 3 star hotels, M.A.D. Divers can now accommodate you in an authentic Spanish Finca or Farmhouse. The accomodation is ideal for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet and who wish to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts. The Finca is owned and run by Vanessa and Martin. Like M.A.D. Divers, they have decided to focus on providing a high quality, affordable and personal service to British tourists visiting the island.

The Finca is located within approximately 17acres of grounds that are open to guests. The grounds include natural woodlands, a swimming pool and also some ancient burial caves! Views to all sides are spectacular, with mountains, olive fields and ancient forests.

All rooms are basic, no TV, radios or music systems and are furnished with 19th Century Spanish antique furniture.

As the accommodation is off the beaten track a hire car is pretty much essential if you're staying here, although a free pick-up service is available between the Finca and the diving centre on days when you're diving.

As well as diving, activities that may interest you that are available within Calvia include all sorts of beach activities during the summer months as well as less seasonal activities such as hill-walking, horse riding and golf.
